Alfred Hitchcock on the set for "Dial M for Murder"

One of  Alfred Hitchcock's best thrillers is no doubt 1954 "Dial M for Murder" starring Ray Milland,  Robert Cummings, Anthony Dawson, John Williams and the beautiful Grace Kelly. The film was produced in dual-strip polarized 3-D, with some tricks thought by Hitchcock himself. But due to the public loss of interest in the 3-D, the movie was project in theaters in 2D.

The great LIFE Magazine (US edition) photographer Sandford Roth went on set and took a couple of shots of Alfred Hitchcock.
