The amazing All-Weather Drive-In Theater (1957)

Sprawled over 28 acres in Copiague, New York, the 2,500-car All-Weather Drive-In Theater was one of the biggest in the U.S. But aside from its magnitude, this suburban movie mecca offers its patrons many unusual features: an amusement park and playground for the kids; a cafeteria where you can fill up on hot dogs, pizzas or a real meal; an air-conditioned indoor theater for rainy evenings; even a trackless train to transport the cash customers from one attraction to other.
