The chief features are a continuous suite of living rooms, and a private sun terrace. These combine to give a spacious effect to the living section.
The continuous French windows in the Sun Room and Lounge blend the garden atmosphere into these rooms, and at the same time admit the maximum sunshine. A special feature is the placing of the Kitchen, so that the windows command a view of the garden and the main street.
