All-America Homes 1959 - plan #64

A friendly, sturdy house with a contemporary exterior of narrow boards and battens which make distinctive textured walls. The windows fit against the stone chimney so that the walls appear alike both outside and inside.

A screened porch opens off the dining room and kitchen, and these rooms are divided by an attractive cabinet. There are numerous good features, including the kitchen entrance leading off the main and bedroom halls, a stair leading down from kitchen, closets forming insulation between bedrooms, two complete baths with glass block wall between them so inner bath borrows light, and an excellent music-TV cabinet next to fireplace.

This practical and good-looking house is 68 feet wide, covering 1,360 square feet.
