No. 5613 - This plan has been designed to take advantage of a sloping lot. However, if your lot is fairly level the garage could easily be placed on same level as house. Stairway marked "DN" at rear of garage leads to full basement and stairway from dining room also leads to basement and makes an ideal entrance to a recreation room if you finish the basement.
