Ocean One Mall Atlantic City (1983-2003). The mall was built in 1983 on the site of the Million Dollar Pier, that burned in 1981. The mall was in the shape of an old times ocean liner.
The Ocean One Mall is located on the ocean side of the Boardwalk at Arkansas Avenue. A ship of shops, there are restaurants, stores and diversions on three levels.
