ARCHITECT JAN REINER gives us this small three-bedroom design with a front elevation that is virtually a single big picture window. This is a home for a beautiful site where you are not faced with a row of neighbors' houses close across a street. There is adroit use of space here in a small area, with none of the rooms skimpy. The architect has even found space for two bathrooms, a secluded study alcove at one corner of the living room.
