The Waterside

 

If your second home is a place for boats as well as people, then the Waterside will be just right for you. Planned for a waterfront lot, this design provides for a boat slip under the deck and living area. The lower level includes a game room with optional kitchen, a bath and a circular stairway to the upper level living area. The upper level provides kitchen, bath, two bedrooms and living room. Ideally, the lower level includes adequate storage space. Great expanses of glass are utilized, across the living area on the upper level and across the game room on the lower level. Generous roof overhang provides some protection from the intense rays of the sun on the upper level. Spacious fenced deck, upper level, provides ample area for suntanning exposure. Kitchen is intended primarily for the simple meals associated with casual living.
