This is a very interesting ideea for a vacation house. This one day build uses prefab parts. The house is made of factory-finished pannels that need no further painting. Foundation is a system of redwood piers on pre-cast concrete footings.

Inside, the dining-kitchen area is out of traffic. This basic house is designed for two bedrooms or four, or you could build just the blue section and add the yellow part later.
