A three-bedroom beauty from 1951. Plans included!

This house has an efficient, easy to live in floor plan, with an abundant storage space of all kind: 9 closets, full basement and a double garage with its own storage space. It has a fireplace, a terrace, an extra half-bathroom and a stepsaving kitchen.

A big double-glazed window looks out over flagstone terrace at the rear of the house. The egg-crate overhang helps control the sun, letting it into the living-dining area during winter months, keeping it out in summer. A diagonally cut sheet of corrugated asbestos provides a decorative touch above waist-high planting box.

Planting box along the length of the garage is an important exterior detail. Built of corrugated asbestos sheeting, it provides color from spring to frost. The trellis and resulting shadow add to dramatic effect.
