Shrimp Biloxi recipe from november 1959

Few foods win higher praise than shrimps. This is an easy recipe that has a bright, natural flavor and provides a delicious meal.

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

1 egg, slightly beaten

bread or cracker crumbs

vegetable oil

fresh or frozen shrimp

Combine the first four ingredients. Lightly coat shrimp with flour and dip into egg mixture. Then coat with crumbs. Let stand a few minutes to dry coating Pan fry in oil 2 to 4 minutes, until golden brown.
