This is a compact rectangular home, conservative in appearance, but provides practicable living quarters. The house is 40' by 26', without the carport. The bedrooms are large, living room spacious with beautiful fireplace and the kitchen, combined with the dining room is ample in size. This plan would be economical and easy to build.
