Here is a truly contemporary design. The exterior is very attractive with the cut stone wall, the high gable end windows, the fluted glass sidelight and the ornamental doors. The floor plan is conveniently arranged and good circulation is afforded by the central hall which eliminates all unnecessary traffic through the living room. The bath and a half are centrally located and have their plumbing backed up for maximum econom. Skylights are specified for the bathrooms for natural light. Exhaust fans provide adequate ventialtion. A full basement is provided but the washer and dryer are in the kitchen to save the housewife many steps.
