From the exterior, this house displays long, low lines, a gently sloped roof with a deep overhang. Inside you would enjoy such distinctive features as the sunken living room, a spacious family room, and the dining area that opens onto the outdoors with sliding glass doors. Copious closet and storage space, including a storage area just off the large utility room. There area three good-size bedrooms. There is a second identical bath (note the corner tub) in the lower level, so the entire bedroom and bath area can be easily duplicated for the family that needs a lot of bedrooms. The two-car garage is shown here with a side entrance to take advantage of a corner lot location.
