A 1936 home from Teaneck, New Jersey, designed by Erik Kaeyer. Plans and interior photos provided.

A house of modern design with low pitched roof and overhanging eaves. Tho concrete walls are overcoated with smoothly applied portland cement stucco in light, clean shades characteristic of the architectural style. The circular dining alcove adds a pleasant touch to the exterior design and becomes a most clever interior feature. Dining privacy is pro-vided by a sliding floor-to-ceiling curtain which, when opened, increases the size and attractiveness of the spacious living room.
