Hollywood Heights, Shreveport, La., is being developed as a quality-home project. It is located on a 240-acre tract of wooded land with sites for 1,000 homes. All streets and sidewalks are concrete.

The three-bedroom houses contain 939 sq.ft. of floor area and sell for $9,500 to $10,500 including lot. Some have roofed carports.

Exterior concrete masonry walls are laid in running bond and in 4-in. high courses and are finished with Portland cement paint. Partition walls are concrete masonry, painted. The concrete slab floors are built integrally with the foundation walls.
