Orange cream souffle

2 3-oz pkgs. orange flavored gelatin

2 cups boiling water

1 8-oz pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese

1/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup cold water

1/2 cup orange juice

1 cup heavy cream, whipped

orange slice

grated orange rind


Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water. Combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended. Gradually add gelatin, cold water and orange juice; chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Wrap a 3-inch collar of aluminum foil around top of  1-quart souffle dish, secure with tape. Pour mixture into dish; shill until firm. Remove foil collar before serving. Garnish with orange slice and grated rind.
