The Madison (1963). Plans provided.

Here's a deceptively small house that has a lot of design going for it - including two good-sized bedrooms, three picture windows, a well proportioned living room, a surprisingly spacious entry and a fullsized dining area. Bedrooms and bath are well separated from the living area for privacy. This is a house that fits well on a small lot, costs little without major sacrifices in liveability. Note how the roof-line adds interest to the front and gives the illusion that this small charmer is a little bigger than it really is.
