Dorothy Rankin and her "Little Theater Marionettes"

Dorothy Rankin's "Little Theater Marionettes' are well known for their performances all through the New England states where her troupe makes a yearly tour. Through the magic of black light, her shows, which are created especially for adult audiences, express fantasy in a miniature review rather than stories. Puppeteer Rankin has played before TV, and her puppet film on safety won her the coveted Vienna film award. During the summer you'll find Dorothy at the Puppeteers of America festivals where she lectures and demonstrates the art of making her large-size puppets from Celastic
