Inside these golden doors are priceless waxen figures of world-famous movie and television stars - past and present - lavishly costumed, stopped in action in authentic settings reminiscent of their best-known roles. Standing at the entrance is one of the Museum's two gold-finished Rolls-Royces.
Displaying the most realistic figures and settings of any wax museum in the world, this shrine is dedicated "to the artists of the entertainment industry who through their talents and efforts have contributed to the enjoyment and understanding of the peoples of the world." It is open in the evening as well as during the day.
