1963. Gorgeous TV star Hope Lange becomes a hairstyle model for the famous George Masters of Saks Fifth Avenue

As appealing as a spring bouquet are these three hairdos-done for TV Guide by famous hair stylist George Masters of Saks Fifth Avenue, Beverly Hills and New York City-for lovely screen-and-television actress Hope Lange.

Long hair for evening. George brushes most of the hair to one side, turns the ends lightly under. Hope wears this hairdo with a Jean Louis gown and ruffled stole in a watered silk print.

A short, soft look for daytime. A sweep of bangs across the forehead brushes right into the swirl of hair over the top of the head; a perfect hairdo to wear with a three-quarter tunic-type coat over a black wool dress. By Jean Louis. Black kid gloves by Kislav.
