Unlike Jack Benny, who's made it a running gag, Jackie Gleason is really 39, and a host of his friends -400 of 'em-convened at Toots Shor's, in New York, to celebrate his birthday. Jackie had to share the spotlight, however, with a dazzling visitor from Hollywood - Marilyn Monroe.
